Terms & Conditions

Terms:

  • We accept  PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.


Ordering:

  • Our policy is to ship in stock or direct ship orders with three days  if received by 1:00pm central time. Any item that is not in stock or cannot ship direct or is back ordered, we offer substitutions when applicable. If no substitute is available or you choose not to substitute, back orders normally ship within 10 business days, unless due to a Manufacturer or Nationwide back order. Expect delays for customized merchandise.
  • All Published prices are subject to change, Total Hospitality Concepts  reserves the right to correct any errors.
  • For any large volume orders, special quotes and bids, please let us know we will respond to your request within 48 hours.
  • Tax Exempt: Exempt Businesses and Organizations must have a signed Exemption or resale certificate on file, otherwise applicable taxes will be charged.
  • Some items may not be available for sale on International Orders.


Shipping:

  • Total Hospitality Concepts  ships by UPS and USPS according to size of items. Also some items will go by common carrier according to weight and size.   An expedited delivery such as Next Day, Second Day, 3 Day Select is available at an additional expense charged to the customer.
  • Special items needing to be shipped by air, IE: Refrigerated items, hazardous items, etc. Freight to be paid by the customer.
  • Heavy and/or Oversized items may incur an extra charge
  • Total Hospitality Concepts reserves the right to add any unexpected delivery charges due to fluctuating fuel cost/fuel surcharges.


International Shipping:

  • We want international buyers to have great deals also on items.
  • We will figure the best way to ship items to you in the most reasonable shipping cost.
  • We valve you as one of our customers in this great world we live in.

Returns:

If you are not fully satisfied for any reason please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return
Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) you must follow the below guidelines prior to returning.

  • Contact Total Hospitality Concepts  Customer Service at 801-243-2512  within 5 days of receipt to obtain your RMA#. Or you may email sales@chefcooktools.com.
  • Write your RMA# on the outside of your package.
  • Place a copy of your RMA form inside the box upon returning.
  • All returned items must be in new sellable condition, in the original box with all labels and/or tags attached in order to receive full credit.
  • Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer unless due to our error.


Non-Returnable items:

  • Special ordered items
  • Customized items
  • Clothing which has been worn, laundered or customized in any way.
  • Marked Items- (items that have been engraved or marked on in any way)
  • Items returned not in original packaging


Additional RMA information:

 

  • Items returned within 30 days of the invoice date and within the guidelines will receive full credit.
  • Items not returned within 30 days are subject to a restock fee. Any item over 60 days will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • If Total Hospitality Concepts  makes an error, we will promptly rectify the error at no cost to you. If you wish to return the product due to our error, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.


    Warranties and Repairs:
  • Total Hospitality Concepts is a Distributor and not a Manufacturer. All warranties are provided by the Manufacturer. If you have any problem with an item you believe to still be under Warranty, please contact Customer Service to obtain warranty information. We will be more than happy to assist in contacting the Manufacturer to ensure proper return instructions and warranty information.
  • Items in need of repair, please contact customer service for assistance, we will be happy to see how we may help.


Damages and/or shortages:

  • Total Hospitality Concepts  will carefully inspect all shipments and documents prior to shipment for accuracy. In the rare event your shipment arrives damaged in transit or you need to report any shortages, you must contact Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of the order in order to receive credit and/or replacement. Failure to report immediately, within 5 days may result in your acceptance of the order, and no action will be taken.
